Standard Hawaiian massage appointments
Slow Unwind

A 1.5 hour appointment designed to fit in an unhurried massage (60 minutes at least) with time beforehand for a consult and time after for integrating. No need to rush.
Hawaiian massage is normally a full body massage including stomach and chest area, so if you can, choose Deep Relax - 2h so your whole body can let go. 2h or longer is a normal time for Hawaiian massage.
For new clients, the first massage excludes the stomach and chest area.
For returning clients, the massage is tailored to your request.
Deep Relax

A 2 hour appointment which is a full body massage including the stomach and chest area. Loving attention is also lavished on the feet and hands too. The bodywork lasts 90 - 120 minutes depending on the initial consult. This is a standard minimum time in Lomi Lomi / Kahuna.
Deep relaxation is possible through both the long strokes sweeping across the whole back body and detailed work on the feet, toes, hands and fingers. Choosing 2h also allows some time to hear what is happening for you before you drop into your relaxation and aliveness on the table and taste some of the stillness and oneness possible from a Hawaiian massage.
Available to both new and returning clients.
Total Reset

A 2.5 hour appointment which is a luxurious full body massage like Deep Relax but with more underbody and repeated strokes. These allow you to surrender to the depths of rhythm and flow relieving some of your deeper held tensions.
There will be more stillness and attunement to your body as the pace will be much slower giving your nervous system a chance to fully rest, recover and reset. Your body and soul will really thank you.

Available for returning clients only.
